The video works in this series reimagine the tools and languages of technology as spaces for world-building, reflection, and confluence. They reveal how the old and the new can intertwine, how systems collapse and perpetually reassemble, and how human experience navigates this unstable, hybrid terrain.

The screening will be followed by a presentation by Cristian Eduard Drăgan on metacinema.

Cristian Eduard Drăgan is a filmmaker and researcher based in Bucharest. Through his projects, he explores themes such as mediality, psychogeography, alternative histories, and hauntology. He is the founder and editor-in-chief of DRAFT. Journal of Intermedial Archaeology, Theory-Fiction, and (Sub)Cultural Studies.
