Hush Glitches
— Open Lab
1-12 Oct. Garrison Command

Blending dance, generative sound, and 3D representation of endemic Romanian plants, this collaborative performance uses technology as a medium to translate our connection with the environment. creating a space for reflection, awareness and environmental action in a tech-driven world.
Hush Glitches’s Open Lab is a live, work-in-progress inquiry into our relationship with the natural world, operating at the intersection of art, science, and technology. It aims to test the hypotheses of the work by inviting a direct engagement with the developing installation and performance. This showcase is not a finished product, but a critical phase of the creative process. It is about observing the reciprocal process of how the body of the performer and the public’s presence influence the interactive soundscapes and digital visuals, which are themselves derived from scientific data on Romania’s endemic flora. In this "laboratory" environment, the work is shaped not only by the artists and scientists, but also by the audience's interaction, creating a space for profound cultural and ecological dialogues that emerge from shared, active explorations.
