We are happy to share with you the complete program for the third edition of SONIC NARRATIVES, which will be held in Timișoara, along the river – May 26 – June 10.

A new edition of the project SONIC NARRATIVES is approaching. From May 26th to June 10th, artists from France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Estonia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Norway, and Romania propose types of reading of contemporary realities through their art and invite us to reflect on the diversity of the world, but especially on its fragility. 

In the frame of Paradigm Shifts, a diverse series of presentations and lectures by artists, researchers, and curators as well as a panel discussion.

We are excited to welcome you to SIMULTAN Festival’s XVII edition, with an eight-day program that blends live audio-visual performances, video art screenings, exhibitions and artist talks, reflecting on the festival’s theme – The Changing and The Indeterminate.

The Harvester Bugs instruments capture Electromagnetic and Radio-magnetic waves that they can find in their proximity and amplify them using solar power. This workshop aims to introduce the participants to the area of self-powered devices and off-grid electronic machines.

Sound walks, listening sessions and recordings, presentations about sound art and sound documentation on the banks of the Bega in Timișoara.
