Where ART Thou? was created at the initiative of the Rezidenta BRD Scena9 , in partnership with Amural festival in Brașov and Simultan in Timișoara and takes place between July and September 2021, in Bucharest, Brașov and Timișoara.

The call is open for emerging and established artists, new authors and/or students. We are looking for submissions of innovative video works related to the festival motto, created in the last two years.

We will award four video works (two romanian artists and two international artists) with a 250 Euro artist fee.

Asociația Timișoara 2021 – Capitală Europeană a Culturii și Asociația Simultan lansează apelul de proiecte și intervenții site-specific intitulat PROGRES. SCHIMBĂRI DE PARADIGMĂ în cadrul programului cultural Lumini captivante.

Apelul este adresat artiștilor și/sau colectivelor interdisciplinare din zona artelor vizuale (Intervenție, instalație multimedia și sonoră, proiecție video, performativ etc.)
