Péter Márton is a musician and sound artist, focusing on dance music / noise techno and experimental electronics largely performed on self-built instruments, under the Telesport and Prell monikers.
Under Prell, he has performed at events like UH Fest and clubs including Urban Spree in Berlin. His latest release appeared on the Diobel label associated with the Pecs University. He also runs a regular party series, which has its roots in the freetekno scene, called Davoria. Besides live performances, he’s also created several sound installations, and worked as a music / sound composer for theatre (for instance in the critically acclaimed theatre play “Observers”). For many years, he’s also worked as a sound technician at events and was the lead sound engineer at Tilos Radio, Budapest.
In 2019, he co-founded the synth lab / workshop space in Budapest called ASS that has hosted workshops focusing on various aspects of audiovisual creation. He also creates the monthly programme for the space and has held synth-building workshops there (besides also teaching at Pecs University).
